"Take a Breaks Wedding Dress Day"

August 17th 2007.

We are glad to announce a total of £775.00 was collected during our day of fund raising.

We had great support and would take this opportunity to thank all of those who helped in raising the funds. we would be glad of the support.  We would like to thank all of our volunteers for their help at the stall and also Copper industries,  Belfast City hospital staff and visitors, Jackpot Bingo.

Our Secretary Ann O'Kane wore her wedding dress all day on the above day to raise funds for the group.

From 10.30am she was on D Floor at the Belfast city hospital until 2.00pm where there was a stall and also a ballot for a new Laptop computer.

From 7.00pm she was at the Jackpot Bingo Hall on the Stewartstown Road until 10.00pm.
